Interior Redesign is a budget-friendly yet beautiful way to enhance your living space. Using your furnishings along with our decorating skills, we transform your room combining beauty with function. With your permission, we “shop” your home for existing items to enhance and complete the transformation.
Initial consultation: $75 per hour
Actual Redesign: Fees vary according to room size and needs. Prices available after consultation.
Staging Consultation:
During the initial consultation, we will walk through your home and discuss market competition and updates necessary to improve your home’s selling features and visual appearance. You may choose to make the improvements yourself or you could have us return later for the “hands on” Staging.
Staging Consultation: $75 per hour
Actual Staging: Half-day: $450 / Full-day: $600 (In the event fragile or excessively heavy furniture must be moved, additional costs will be incurred.)
Personal Shopping:
We will work within your budget to purchase items necessary for the perfect final touch.
Shopping: $50 per hour
Color Consultation:
We will help you choose colors that will complement your décor with an appropriate color scheme.
Color Consultation: $125 per hour
Move-In Service:
We arrange your furniture, accessories and artwork to fit your new home.
Move-In Service: $75 per hour
